Shift Hours

  • First Shift:               6:00am - 3:30pm          M-F
  • Second Shift:          3:30pm - 1:00am          M-F
  • Third Shift:              8:30pm - 6:00am          Su-Th

Some Saturday (or Friday for 3rd shift) work may be requird at times. Shifts are nine hours each with a thirty minute lunch break. Employees are paid every other week on Thursdays. 

The Hiring Process

Interested individuals must fill out an application to be considered for hire for any of our open positions. An application can be filled out digitally using the above link. Applicants are also welcome to come to our facilities during normal business hours to complete a paper application. All sections of the application should be completed thoroughly. Once an application has been received, it is processed within the HR department and then sent to the hiring supervisor(s) for review. Any applicant selected for interview by a hiring supervisor will be contacted to arrange an interview. If no positions are currently available, the application is tabled and refered back to for the next two to three months. After three months, we ask that an interested individual submit another application. 

Once all interviews for a position have been conducted, we select the candidate that we feel is best suited for the position. This could take a couple of days or a couple of weeks. Once we have made a decision, we will extend an offer for employment to the chosen individual. All individuals that interviewed for the position will be notified once a decision has been made, even if they were not selected for hire. 


No other company in the area manufactures products like we do at Royal, so we do not look for individuals with experience. Rather, we look for people that fit into our culture and are willing to grow. Once hired, we combat the lack of knowledge with a training program that combines classroom learning and hands on experience.
