Sales Inventory & Operations Planner

Position Summary

The Sales Inventory & Operations Planner (SIOP) Planner is responsible for supporting the VP Operations in developing and maintaining a long-range capacity need plan. The SIOP Planner is also responsible for generating and maintaining a detailed monthly revenue projection as well as rolling 3-month, 6-month, 1 year and 3-year projections. The SIOP Planner will assess current known production inhibiting delays into the forecasts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Working with senior management, sales, manufacturing, supply chain and marketing to establish monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts to annual plan
  • Analyze production schedules by program and customer and compare to demand
  • Rough-cut Capacity Planning and long-range labor forecasting
  • Work with Scheduler to ensure weekly supply is aligned to customer demand
  • Work with Operations Leadership team to align project plans and production plans with customer demand
  • Maintain SIOP metrics using the Demand Driven Operating Model methodology
  • Work with Business Development, Contracts and Finance to ensure valid forecasted revenues
  • Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
  • Resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways, with little supervision, while applying company policies and procedures
  • Regularly review forecast trends and variances to minimize disruptions to operations and supply chain
  • Identify root causes for variances and present recommended solutions for approval
  • Assist in facilitating weekly/monthly/quarterly SIOP reviews with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Manage end-of-life activities related to inventory management with sales, engineering, supply chain and production
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual, and reliable attendance as set by the supervisor according to handbook guidelines consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Abide by all safety, quality, personnel, and other policies as applicable

Marginal Work Requirements

  • Company travel via airplane and/or vehicle as needed.
  • Actively engage in the department’s 6-S program and complete all necessary paperwork.

QUALIFICATIONS

Work Qualifications:

  • Formal education:  Minimum Associates Degree or cumulative field experience of 5 years.
  • Experience:  A minimum 3 years experience in one or more of the following: Production cost analysis, revenue analysis
  • Computer Skills:  Must be able to use common office software systems, database and data analytics software and ERP system. Expert Excel skills
  • Certificates and Licenses:  None required.

Cure Technician – 1st & 3rd Shifts View Details

Cure Technician – 1st & 3rd Shifts

Position Summary

Cure Technicians are responsible for curing parts per customer specifications. This involves loading and running the autoclaves, presses, and ovens. Cure Techs also assist in the manufacturing process by demolding the cured parts and bagging parts prior to their cure cycles.

Hours

1st Shift: 6:00 am – 3:30 pm
2nd Shift: 3:30 pm – 1:00 am *Pay includes a 10% shift differential
3rd Shift: 8:30 pm – 6:00 am *Pay includes a 10% shift differential
Weekend Shift: Friday – Sunday 6:00 am – 6:30 pm *Pay includes a 20% shift differential

The CNC Operators are responsible for running each machine’s full capabilities to keep up with the manufacturing schedule while maintaining quality work and a safe working environment. Operators will use CAD CAM software and DNC software to send program files to each machine.
