Position Summary

The Engineering Documents Controls Specialist is responsible for retrieving, storing, maintaining, and managing technical data in various paper and electronic formats.  The Engineering Documents Controls Specialist works closely with various resources to prepare, submit, and dispense technical documentation for new projects and existing products.  The Engineering Document Controls Specialist administers change management processes for storing and controlling customer technical data used to perform subsequent design and manufacturing activities.  Customer communication through various forms of media, multiple software formats, and varied portals is a requirement of the role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Digital Transformation Project Manager will work cross functionally at the leadership team and operations team level to achieve their objectives.

  • Oversee software and systems used to administer engineering/technical data
  • Oversee customer specification database management and customer document change review process.
  • Create, manage, and administer revision changes for contract support, engineering activity, and manufacturing release
