Position Summary

The Requirements Manager will be responsible for identifying the necessary requirements of processes and products and coordinate the implementation of them into our existing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review and document customer specifications for facility and process or part compliance.  Work with other team members to identify and close gaps to ensure compliance.
  • Review documentation and planning of processes for new and existing product.
  • Identify gaps and coordinate with other teams to continually improve while maintaining compliance.
  • Review and approve new and existing planning sheets to determine compliance to customer requirements.
  • Approve final plans and processes and verify that all gaps in processes have been identified, addressed, and corrected effectively.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual, and reliable attendance as set by the supervisor according to handbook guidelines consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

Work Qualifications:

Position Summary

A Quality Engineer is responsible for duties that include many elements involving materials and processes (M&P) along with auditing responsibilities, both internal and in preparation and leading of external industry and customer audits.

Cure Technician – 3rd Shift

Position Summary

Cure Technicians are responsible for curing parts per customer specifications. This involves loading and running the autoclaves, presses, and ovens. Cure Techs also assist in the manufacturing process by demolding the cured parts and bagging parts prior to their cure cycles.

Hours

1st Shift: 6:00 am – 3:30 pm
2nd Shift: 3:30 pm – 1:00 am *Pay includes a 10% shift differential
3rd Shift: 8:30 pm – 6:00 am *Pay includes a 10% shift differential
Weekend Shift: Friday – Sunday 6:00 am – 6:30 pm *Pay includes a 20% shift differential

Finishers use various processes in our manufacturing facility to complete parts per specification and frequently use power tools, including routers, band and table saws, and mills. They also use various hand tools and employ various methods to file, sand, and paint parts. After working on a part, finishers use measuring instruments to determine conformance to specifications.
