External Referral Program

You can receive $5,000 for referring a qualified employee!
Royal Engineered Composites has created an External Referral Program to encourage referrals from both Royal employees and non-employees. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for high quality candidates with a desire to live in in Central Nebraska.

This is an on-going program, but Royal reserves the right to change, alter or discontinue the program at any time. Please read the below carefully; by submitting a candidate for referral, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Eligible Positions:
We are currently offering the referral bonus for the following positions:

  • Engineering Manager
  • Project Engineer
  • Manufacturing Engineer
  • Vice President of Information Technology

Who can make a referral?
Any individual person (i.e., not a business entity) and a legal resident of the United States who is at least 18 years of age can participate in the Referral Program. The program is open to both Royal employees and non-employees alike. If a candidate is referred through this program more than once, the first individual who made the referral will receive the incentive.

This program is not open to staffing/recruiting agencies or any employee or consultant of a third party to whom Royal is contractually obligated to pay a fee for the hiring of an individual referred by such third-party. Individuals cannot refer themselves.

Candidate eligibility:
Except for current or previous Royal employees, anyone is eligible to be referred through the program.

A successful candidate must interview for and accept an offer of full-time, regular employment with Royal. In addition, they must begin their employment with Royal within 4 months of being referred.

How to submit a referral:
Complete all the required steps as directed to be eligible.

Send the following information via email to Referrals@RoyalComposites.com

  • Your full name and e-mail address. We will use your e-mail to contact you regarding your referral.
  • The potential candidate’s full name and contact information (phone and email)
  • Your relationship to the potential candidate
  • The position(s) to which you are referring the potential candidate

Within five (5) business days of submitting referral information, the candidate needs to formally apply through Royal’s website at www.RoyalComposites.com/careers

How you receive the referral bonus: 

If the referred candidate is hired and all terms and conditions of the referral program have been met, the referrer will receive $5,000 paid in two (2) installments:

  • $2,500 payable after the candidate’s employment start, and
  • $2,500 payable once the candidate has been employed for six (6) months

All referral bonus payments will be reported for tax purposes. Each individual receiving a bonus will be required to complete all applicable tax forms before receiving the incentive.

  • Royal employees will receive the referral via the payroll system
  • All non-Royal recipients of incentive awards will be required to complete a form W-9 and will receive a 1099 form for Federal Income Tax purposes.
