- Mechanical testing (up to 10K in both elevated and room temperature environments)
- Glass transition temperature (Tg) via Dynamic Mechanical Analysis.
- Tensile –strength and modulus – RT to 500 degrees F
- Compressive – strength and modulus
- Climbing drum peel
- Flatwise tensile
- Flexural
- Ducting - Pneumatic flow & leakage testing
- Pressure - 0-50 psi
- Leakage
- Flammability- .855 (12 second vertical test)
- Prepreg testing including resin content, volatiles, and flow
Examples of tests performed include interlaminar shear, lap shear, flatwise tension, ultimate tension strength and modulus.
